Mta - The *** B13 SUCKSSSSS!

Get some new drivers for this line. They’re all *** lazy and never show up on time. Trying to get a bus to Wykoff out of the general postal facility in the afternoon is *** annoying. Sick of this *** Stop hiring the idiots off the streets.

Mta - Unsafe on the platforms

Today waiting for the 7 train, all of a sudden a lady pushed me so hard i fell to the ground. She did it willfully. I was so scared and there was no cameras or any mta workers to help you. Very sad.

Mta - Rude driver

On your m72 bus. Got on at 66th st 7:32am and the driver is not helpful and rude for no reason. We ride this daily and drivers vary and this is the most unpleasant. Nobody wants to start their day like this. Train your drivers to be pleasant and have customer service since that’s essentially part of their job.

Mta - Horrible

I really dont understand how every day there is a new issue with MTA. Every day there is a delay. I waited 40 mins for the N train from New Utrecht. I can't even cross over to the other side because there is construction repairs. We pay all this money and ever day there is an issue. MTA has to do better

Mta - *** HORRIBLE

Everyday something’s wrong with the trains , today I’m on the 5 train at Flatbush Ave bro college several 2 trains came and left before the 5 because of a delay for about 20 minutes then when I switch over platforms the train decided to leave but this only one of many bad things that happened while I taking a train it’s outrageous and *** horrible!!!!!!
