Mta - Just passed me by with customer in bus

Waiting for bus on corner of 163 st howard beach 21 bus just passed me buy for no reason at all customers were on the bus happened at 2:09 tired of the bus that dont stop whats the problem now way to many bus drivers that dont stop on 163 bus stop really its your job just do it or get another job the sad thing is this is not the first time it has happened or the first review im writing cant wait to move out of this *** HOLE FOR SURE.

Mta - Unsafe on the platforms

Today waiting for the 7 train, all of a sudden a lady pushed me so hard i fell to the ground. She did it willfully. I was so scared and there was no cameras or any mta workers to help you. Very sad.

Mta - Rude driver

On your m72 bus. Got on at 66th st 7:32am and the driver is not helpful and rude for no reason. We ride this daily and drivers vary and this is the most unpleasant. Nobody wants to start their day like this. Train your drivers to be pleasant and have customer service since that’s essentially part of their job.
